What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQs depend on the format and stage. Sampling starts small so you can evaluate before committing, and production volumes scale from there. Share your project and we'll quote the right starting point.
How long do samples and development take?
Stock fragrance samples typically dispatch within a few business days. Bespoke development runs in iterative rounds — most briefs reach an approved direction within a few weeks, depending on complexity and feedback speed.
Do you offer private label and custom development?
Yes. We support everything from matching an existing scent direction to developing an original fragrance profile around your brand, plus compliance documentation and bulk manufacturing at scale.
Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?
Every oil is developed to IFRA standards and we provide IFRA certificates and allergen declarations on request, so your finished product meets application and regulatory requirements.
Do you ship nationally and internationally?
We ship across South Africa and worldwide. Lead times and freight depend on destination, volume and the documentation required for the product type.
Can I get pricing without an account?
Yes — our trade price list is public, in ZAR and excludes VAT. You can view it online or download the print-ready PDF at any time.
